We offer three major product ranges, the Barclays Capital Structured Deposit Series for Offshore Bonds, the Barclays Capital Structured Note Series for Offshore Bonds and the Barclays Capital Structured UCITS Funds for Offshore Bonds.

Structured Deposit Series for Offshore Bonds
The Structured Deposit Series for Offshore Bonds allows advisers to select a cash asset that is linked to the growth potential of equities, but with the added comfort of capital protection when held to maturity. Our current products are shown below:
Structured Note Series for Offshore Bonds
The Structured Note Series for Offshore Bonds enables advisers to select an investment product that gives more exposure to the stock market when markets are rising and more exposure to the safety of cash when markets are falling. Using this dynamic allocation strategy, each Note is designed to protect 80% of its highest ever price. Our three products are shown below:
Structured UCITS Funds for Offshore Bonds
The Structured UCITS Funds for Offshore Bonds range allows investors access to a leading range of Funds, all approved under the EU UCITS III Directive. As the UCITS Directive is a pan-European directive, the main benefit of UCITS III is that it makes it easier to passport and market such funds throughout Europe. UCITS III allows funds to invest in a wide range of financial instruments, opening up the range of investment strategies available to fund managers. UCITS III imposes strict risk measures upon funds, and as such many countries outside the EU now accept (by way of registration) UCITS III approved funds for distribution to retail investors in their own countries.
